The Ascended Alignment Atelier is an integration journey designed to support movement from unconscious patterning toward greater awareness, stability, and inner alignment.
The work brings spiritual awareness into relationship with grounded emotional and psychological integration, with an emphasis on honesty, discernment, relational maturity, and the way insight is actually lived.
This is not about becoming “more spiritual.” It is about becoming more conscious of what shapes you, more responsible for how you participate, and increasingly able to live in coherence with what you know to be true.
A Three Phase Journey
Each phase builds upon the one before it, moving from awareness of unconscious patterns, through reorientation and uncertainty, toward embodied participation in relationships, work, creativity, community, and service.

What Happens in the Atelier
Each gathering is a space for reflection, self observation, and grounded integration. You are invited to bring something real from your life, a relationship, recurring pattern, internal conflict, external obstacle, or important question. Through guided reflection, group observation, and shared inquiry, we explore what may be operating beneath the immediate situation.
The emphasis is not on advice giving, fixing, or excessive processing. It is on developing the capacity to see more clearly, take greater responsibility for your experience, and bring what you discover into the way you actually live.
Between Gatherings
Following each session, you will receive a brief recap reflecting the themes and areas of exploration that arose during the group process. These reflections are invitations, not assignments. Nothing is graded, monitored, or required. They are there to support continued self observation and integration at an honest, self directed pace.
Who This Work Is For
The Atelier may resonate if you are moving through significant inner or outer change, recognise patterns that no longer serve you, desire greater responsibility and grounded embodiment, value conscious integration over spiritual performance, or feel called toward greater coherence and stability. You do not need to arrive with certainty. Sincerity is enough.
The Atelier unfolds in small, intimate groups across a three month journey: 6 live Zoom sessions, 2 sessions per month, 60 minutes per session, with optional integration reflections between gatherings.

Entry to the Atelier requires a minimum of an Ascended Masters Protection Grid.
